


Last September 20, 2025, the Student Activity Program in partnership with the Marian Student Government successfully held the Leaders’ Camp 2025 for the Class and Club Officers of St. Mary’s Academy of Pasay City, Inc. , Inc. , Inc. The event served as a formation program designed to prepare the new set of student leaders as they embark on their journey of service for School Year 2025–2026.
The camp began with a 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙎. 𝙈𝙖. 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝘼𝙨𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙍𝙑𝙈, 𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚, “𝙁𝘼𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙖𝙨 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨: 𝙍𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩, 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙.” The session highlighted the importance of deepening one’s faith as the foundation of authentic leadership.
The second session was delivered by 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙟𝙖𝙝 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚, 𝙖 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙎𝙂 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 “𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀 𝙖𝙨𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚, 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢.” Through her talk, Cadiente emphasized servant leadership as an essential quality of every Ignacian Marian officer.
Culminating the series of talks was 𝙈𝙭. 𝙀𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙣 𝙅𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣, 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙄𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙀𝙐 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 “𝙀𝙓𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙇𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙖𝙨 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝: 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚, 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮,” which inspired the participants to pursue excellence with integrity and purpose in their leadership roles.
Beyond the sessions, the Leaders’ Camp also became an avenue for bonding, reflection, and inspiration. It strengthened the camaraderie among Class and Club Officers while fostering a deeper sense of responsibility to embody the Ignacian Marian core values of Faith, Excellence, and Service.
